To add a new property, go to Properties Management → Add New Property. Fill in the required details including property name, address, room types, and amenities. Upload photos and set rent prices. Click Save to publish your property.
Navigate to Payment Settings → Auto-Collection. Connect your Razorpay account, set collection dates, and enable auto-invoicing. The system will automatically generate and send invoices to tenants on specified dates.
Yes! Your Professional plan allows up to 10 properties. You can switch between properties using the property selector in the top navigation. Each property has its own analytics, tenant management, and financial tracking.
Maintenance requests appear in your Maintenance section. You can assign them to technicians, track progress, upload photos, and manage costs. Tenants receive automatic updates on request status.
We support UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets through Razorpay integration. Tenants can also pay via bank transfer or cash (marked manually by you).
